The terms and conditions make you aware of your rights and responsibilities in interacting with this system, and all its parts. It also points out what can do, and what you're not supposed to do, and how your actions against this policy will impact you and others. Please note that Vomule reserves the right to use the details you provide us at any time, with or without your consent, on services and products related to you.

Your Data

All data you provide to Vomule is kept securely in our system

Email and phone number - Be sure to provide correct details when you register. If you lose access to your account because you provided false information, Vomule will not take responsibility, and cannot offer you any help.

Your credentials - Your login credentials are kept securely, and encrypted for extra security. If you happen to lose your password, you can easily reset it via your email address. You reserve the right to change your password at anytime, and to keep your credentials save from anyone.

Your applications - Which applications you have is your own choice. No one has access to other applications which are NOT theirs. If you feel like you application's API key might have been leaked, you can change it anytime.

Your responsibilities

When registering with us, you need to provide information that is true to best of your knowledge. If you lose your data due to incorrect information, we will not take responsibility. When you accept our terms at registration, you agree that the data you have provided is true, and that you will follow and adhere to the rules and regulations in this terms of service document, either in part or in full.

By using our application, you also agree that you will avoid:

  • Distribution of messages with content that promotes hate speech, treason, false advertising, false promises, sexual harassment, gender-based violence, discrimination, racism, and content that implicitly or explicitly promotes sarcasm to one or more parties.
  • Registering a sender name that is not directly owned by you, to benefit from false content.
  • Distribution of unsolicited bulk SMS
  • Use of any false, misleading, or deceptive content in SMS
  • Use of an account or API key without the owner's authorization
  • Distribution of any advertisement delivery software unless: (i) the user affirmatively consents to the download and installation of such software based on clear and conspicuous notice of the nature of the software, and (ii) the software is easily removable by use of standard tools for such purpose included on major operating systems
  • Distribution of any application or code that covertly gathers information about a user or covertly transmits information about the user
  • Distribution of messages that constitute, depict, foster, promote, or relate in any manner to child sexual abuse, bestiality, or non-consensual sex acts
  • Distribution of messages that are excessively violent, incite violence, threaten violence, or contains harassing content
